Public Service Committee: Tuesday, November 7, 2017, at 7:00 pm, at Curtis Hall, 20 South Street.  Agenda includes: (1)Petition of Juicygreens at 61 South Street for a Common Victualler (Restaurant) License with the hours of 7:30 am to 10:00 pm, with an outdoor patio for 4 to 6 seats, with Ammy Lowney as manager;(2) Petition of 100 Percent Delicias Express at 660A Centre Street for a Common Victualler (Restaurant) License, with take-out, with the hours of 9:00 am to 11:00 pm, with Lewis Crespo as manager; and, (3) Follow-up meeting on Turtle Swamp Brewing’s Farmer Brewery Pouring permit at 3377-3379 Washington Street.

Zoning Committee: Wednesday, November 15 2017, at 7:00 pm, Farnsworth House, 90 South Street.  Agenda includes: (1) 8 Wyman Street (confirm occupancy as a single-family, change to two-family residential dwelling); (2) 87 Westchester Road (erect new single-family dwelling on vacant lot with one off-street parking space); (3) 55 McBride Street (construct side addition to add two bedrooms, one bath, kitchen, and garage; building to remain a two-family dwelling); and, (4) new appeals for 279-281 Lamartine Street, now separated into 279 Lamartine Street (erect new 3 family residential structure with parking on vacant lot) and 281 Lamartine Street (raze existing house and construct new two-family, 2.5 story residential structure with parking on basement level).  To review materials submitted to the Zoning Committee for these projects, click here.

Environment, Parks & Energy Committee: Thursday, November 16, 2017, at 6:00 pm, at JP Licks, 659 Centre Street.  Agenda: TBA.

Housing & Development Committee: Tuesday, November 21, 2017, at 7:00 pm, at Bowditch School building, 80-82 Green Street.  Agenda includes discussion of a Nesterly homesharing, status of Arborway Yard, and JPNC Good Jobs standards

Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Council

Tuesday, November 28, 2017, at 7:00 pm, Farnsworth House, 90 South Street. Agenda includes Q & A with representatives of the Boston Planning & Development Agency  (BPDA)  on the creation, supervision and administration of Zoning Code Article 80 Cooperation Agreements between the BPDA and developers. Expected to attend on behalf of the BPDA are Marie Mercurio (BPDA Jamaica Plain Planner) Michael Christopher (Deputy Director for Development Review/ Government Affairs) Timothy Davis (Housing Policy Manager) Peter Sasso (Compliance Director) and Aaron Hallquist (Assistant Compliance Manager).
