Public Service Committee:   Tuesday, Aug. 7 at 7:00 pm at the The Brewery, Building B, 31 Germania Street (near Brookside Avenue). On the agenda will be a petition of Boston Beer Company at 30 Germania Street to add the categories of three instrumentalists and three vocalists, disc jockey, dancing by patrons, and karaoke to their existing non-live entertainment license, with Jennifer Glanville as manager.

Zoning Committee:Â Wednesday, August 8 at 7:00 pm at Farnsworth House, 90 South Street. There are three matters on the agenda:
1). 22-24 Adelaide Street (change occupancy from a two-family to a three-family dwelling to create a caretaker’s apartment by creating accessible rear-entry and attached garage and renovating first-floor unit for accessibility; replace back porches and egress stairs);
2). 3247-3249 Washington Street (City Realty seeks to construct a three-story residential building with three units and two off-street parking spaces.);
3). 659 Centre Street (JP Licks seeks to construct exterior freezer and storage improvement).
Zoning Committee: Wednesday, August 22 at 7:00 pm at Farnsworth House, 90 South Street. The agenda for that meeting will include:
1). 71 Mozart Street (change occupancy from two-family to three-family dwelling; construct new rear addition, rear deck, side dormer, and exterior stairs and landing);
2). 79 Jamaica Street (construct a new two-family dwelling);
3). 628-630A Centre Street (demo existing building and construct new three-story building with two commercial units (office and retail) on the first floor and eight (8) two-bedroom residential units).
