Housing & Development Committee: Tuesday, July 18, 2017, at 7:00 pm, at Farnsworth House, 90 South Street. Agenda includes: (1) Discussion with representatives of MassDOT plans of MassDOT to sell seven lots in JP; and, (2) Review of checklist for the committee when considering Article 80 projects.
Zoning Committee: Wednesday, July 19, 2017, at 7:00 pm, at Farnsworth House, 90 South Street. Agenda includes: (1) 1 Sylvia Street (add new 3-level rear deck on building; demolish 3 double windows and install 3 sliding doors per drawings); (2)  28 and 30 Iffley Road (change occupancy on two 3-family residential buildings, currently under construction, to make two 4-family residences, by adding a basement unit to each building); (3) 114-120 Brookside Avenue (new construction, mixed-use building with 9 residential units, 3 commercial units, and 11 parking spaces); and, (4)  the return of 63-65 Sedgwick Street (combine lots, renovate existing building, and construct addition to create six-family residential building). .To review materials submitted to the committee 0n these matters, click here.
