Zoning Committee: Wednesday, July 8, at 7 p.m. at Farnsworth House, 90 South Street. Agenda includes 47 Forbes Street (legalize second means of egress (exterior stairs) from unit No. 2 to correct violation), and a preliminary “information-only†presentation by the development team for the Goddard House, 201-205 South Huntington Avenue.

Housing & Development Committee: Tuesday, July 21 at 6:30 p.m., at the Bowditch School, 80 Green Street (entrance on Green Street to the left of main stairs when facing the building). Agenda includes presentation by Boston Tenants Coalition on their campaign for affordable housing in Boston and committee’s further work on Arborway Yard issues for the H&D Committee’s affiliate, the Community Planning Committee for the Arborway Yard (“CPCAY”).
