Just a friendly reminder to go out and vote today (Saturday, October 19) for neighborhood council elections! The polls will be open from 10AM to 7PM at three voting locations: Forest Hills MBTA Station, J.P. Licks on Centre St, and Jackson Square Stop and Shop.

To vote you need to be 16 years or older as of election day and a JP resident. To demonstrate residency, you need to either be listed on the official “City of Boston List of Residents,” or to show some proof of age, identity, and residency in JP: this can include a photo ID, a school report-card with envelope, a birth certificate, a piece of mail from a utility or government agency, or a letter attesting to residency from the Shattuck Shelter or similar facility.
