Help City Hall keep tabs on street and sidewalk issues

Each year around this time, the City of Boston compiles a list of road, sidewalk, and public works repair and maintenance issues that it hopes to tackle during the spring and summer. While most of this year’s projects have already been identified, the Mayor ‘s office will do the best it can to address other issues.  See a crosswalk that needs to be repainted? Do you drive over a Grand Canyon sized pothole each morning on your way to work? Is there a sidewalk near your house that’s crumbling? Send us an email with your concerns and we’ll pass it along. Issues can also be reported via the Mayor’s 24 Hour Hotline at 617-635-4500.
