Public Service Committee: Tuesday, January 7 at 7:00 pm at Curtis Hall 20 South Street.  On the agenda will be: 1). A request of Jamaica Mi Hungry LLC, doing business as “Jamaica Mi Hungryâ€Â at 225 Centre Street in Roxbury for a 7-Day Common Victualler Beer & Wine License, and an entertainment license for three (3) TVs, with Ernie Campbell as manager; 2). A presentation on Soofa Signs, electronic bulletin boards proposed for the business district; 3). A brief presentation on the proposed Columbus Avenue bus lane that will run from Walnut Avenue to Jackson Square.
Zoning Committee: Wednesday, January 8 at 7:00 pm at Farnsworth House, 90 South Street.  The agenda for that meeting will include: 1). 98 Forbes Street (confirm occupancy as a single-family residence and add a two-story (approximately 150 square foot) addition); 2). 91 Green Street (construct an addition on the rear of the existing house to create an additional dwelling unit and a garage); 3). 11 Halifax Street #2 (interior and exterior renovation of attic with installation of dormers and new exterior windows). Â
Education Ad Hoc Committee: Wednesday, January 8 at 7:00 pm at JP Licks, 659 Centre St. On the agenda will be the request of the committee to continue as a committee of the Neighborhood Council.

Environment, Parks & Energy Committee:Â Monday, January 13 at 8:30 pm at JP Licks, 659 Centre St. Â On the agenda will be a discussion on the vision plan for the Shattuck Campus Redevelopment at Franklin Park and discussing concerns and thoughts.
Housing & Development Committee: Tuesday, January 21 at 7:00 pm. On the agenda will be: TBA.
Zoning Committee: Wednesday, January 22 at 7:00 pm at Farnsworth House, 90 South Street. On the agenda will be: 1). 35 Brookley Road/10 Stonley Road (demolish existing structure to erect a new 46 unit residential development); 2). 91 Green Street (construct an addition on the rear of the existing house to create an additional dwelling unit and a garage). Â
Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Council: Tuesday, January 28, 2018 at 7:00 pm, at Farnsworth House, 90 South Street. On the agenda will be updates and recommendations from the committees.
