Mass Save incentives, programs, & rebates

Mass Save is a great first step towards energy efficiency and low-carbon, all-electric heating and cooking alternatives.  This is a free resource, funded by Massachusetts utility companies. It provides free energy assessments, incentives, rebates, and training for MA homeowners, tenants, landlords, and businesses. Some of the programs include:

No-cost assessments for 1-4 unit family homes

Energy saving tips for simple maintenance and easy upgrades

Residential rebates (HVAC, insulation, lighting, appliances, renovations, new construction)

Business rebates

Multifamily performance-based cash incentives for developers/owners

PHIUS (Passive House Institute US) Training and Incentives for design professionals and builders

PHIUS CPHC (Certified Passive House Consultant) training 50% cost reimbursement
