Come join your neighbors at this free event.  You bring your broken items, and we’ll provide the tools and volunteer coaches with expertise fixing a wide variety of things, including: Bikes and skateboards; Clothing and fabric items; Computers and phones; Toys and wooden items; Kitchen appliances; Small electrical devices; Jewelry, etc

Agenda includes: (1) 279-281 Lamartine Street (combine existing Lot A with existing Lot B to create 11,658 square foot lot.  Raze existing single-family dwelling and construct a new, three-story, six-unit residential building with parking garage for six vehicles); (2) 31-33 Woodlawn Street (modify existing building to create 3-family residence with exterior decks.  Construct second 3-family residence.  Total of six residential units with six parking spaces on site); and, (3) 7-11 Wise Street (raze existing structure, combine parcels, construct new 3-unit townhouse-style residence).
