Early voting is available in Jamaica Plain on Saturday, Oct. 24 and Sunday, Oct. 25 at the Margarita Muniz Academy Gymnasium (20 Child St.) from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm on both days.

You can vote early at City Hall on the following days and times: Oct. 19, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm; Oct. 20, 9:00 am – 8:00 pm; Oct. 21, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm; Oct. 22, 9:00 am – 8:00 pm; Oct. 23, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm; Oct. 26, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm; Oct. 27, 9:00 am – 8:00 pm; Oct. 28, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm; Oct. 29, 9:00 am – 8:00 pm; and Oct. 30, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

The JPNC continues to conduct virtual meetings, which are open to the public and accessible either from a computer or telephone.  We want to ensure that our neighbors have an opportunity to respond to all upcoming issues and will accept comments by email up until the JPNC Meeting on October 27, 2020.  Our email address is info.jpnc@gmail.com

Subcommittee on Net Zero Carbon Construction:  Monday, October 19, 2002 at 7:00 pm.  The goal of the subcommittee is to draft recommendations that will help promote net zero carbon construction for projects of all sizes in Jamaica Plain.

Housing & Development Committee: Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 7:00 pm.  On agenda will be:  1). an update from the Subcommittee on Net Zero Carbon; 2).  a presentation on the Mildred Hailey Redevelopment proposal for the first two (of seven) buildings in the Mildred Hailey Phase One Redevelopment.  The project includes 234 mixed income housing units, community center, new open space and street connections.
