Housing & Development Committee: Tuesday, October 16 at 7:00 pm, at Bowditch School building, 82 Green Street (enter at sidewalk level to left of Main stairs). On the agenda: 197 Green St - City Realty will present its proposal for a 4-story building near the intersection of Green & Washington St.; proposal is for 23 residential units plus some commercial space.

Zoning Committee: Wednesday, October 24 at 7:00 pm at Farnsworth House, 90 South Street.  The agenda for that meeting will include the return of 26 Clive Street (create off-street parking for two residential vehicles); 6 Parkside Drive (construct a new single-family house); and 31 Bardwell Street (add second floor deck).
